About the Tracking Code

This code is supplied each time a new order is completed.
Once you have successfully checked out from an order, you will find the tracking code in the completion page, under "Track Your Order" section.
You can also find the tracking code within the payment notification email received right after you placed your order on our website. You should look for: "Internal Transaction ID" value. That will be your order tracking code.

However, if you didn't saved the tracking code for further reference while it was supplied in the completion page and you've misplaced (or deleted) the order notification email, you can still recover it by contacting us.
